 1. General Information

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavor to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

    We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term storage obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict  processing accordingly. 

    4 Disclosure of your personal data

    We share your personal data with third parties who assist us in using your personal data as described above, for example, we use Shopify to operate our online store.     5. Information, deletion and correction

    You can request information about your data stored by us at any time. To do so, please send us a request for information by e-mail. Together with the request, proof of identity must be sent to the same address. You have the option of requesting the deletion or correction of your data at any time. You are of course also entitled to withdraw your consent to the use or processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. Stored data will be deleted by us if it is no longer required for the stated purpose.

    With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to certain legal obligations which stipulate a retention obligation for certain data. We must comply with this obligation. If you request the deletion of data that is subject to the statutory retention obligation, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfill the statutory retention obligations.
